On this basis we go in and start the search within our own database and completed with recruiting from other sources. In specific cases also "Headhunting" will be applied. Within some days we will provide you with a number of candidates, where you may select the most suitable, and we can arrange an interview. If required you can submit the finalists to an assessment, psychological research or additional screening. The final step comes near: the employment contract can be signed with a definite start date for your new colleague!
